Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, American Express and also Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or by using our secure online ordering system. |
Shipping And Handling Our Delivery charges are as follows:
UK
Orders under £20 - Postage is Royal Mail First class £2.50
Orders between £20 and £25 Postage is by Royal Mail First class £2.75
Orders between £20 and £50 - postage is by 48 hour courier £4.95
Orders over £50 - postage is FREE
Next day delivery £6.95 by courier
EUROPE
Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world under 3.5kg based on weight and Air Mail Small Packets pricing. All orders to Europe and the rest of the world over 3.5kg will be sent by courier subject to weight and courier charges, price calculated at the checkout. All charges will be confirmed and agreed before any payment is taken.

Delivery Schedule Our standard delivery is a 48 hour service.
Next day delivery to most UK mainland destinations if you order before 12.00 noon Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00 noon will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Saturday delivery for orders placed before 12.00 noon Friday available only in some areas and at an extra charge of £19.95. We reserve the right to change carriage prices in the event of an increase of fuel supplements. International deliveries are normally delivered within 5 business days |

| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, All our coffee is VAT exempt but some of our accessories incur VAT. 15% VAT is added to goods that are not vat exempt. All other orders are VAT free. |
